From Cancun to Europe —
Starting Over From Scratch
I started managing vacation rentals in Cancun, Mexico in 2013. At my peak, I had 13 properties I rented and subrented, plus I was managing others for clients. I built a team of 14 people, and by 2018 we had grown to managing 200 properties.
Then I moved to Europe. And everything changed.
Despite all my experience — the language barrier meant the only jobs available to me were cleaning houses and washing dishes at restaurants. My real estate license meant nothing. My 5 years managing 200 properties meant nothing on a local job application.
So I started cleaning Airbnb properties. And that changed everything.
Cleaning Airbnbs put me closer to property owners than any other job could. I could see them struggling — with guest communications, with bookings, with everything that comes with running a short-term rental. And I had already solved every single one of those problems.
So I stopped looking for the next cleaning job and started offering to manage the properties I was already cleaning.
- It doesn't matter where you live
- It doesn't matter if you don't speak the local language
- Guests communicate in English — and with AI, you can serve them in any language
- What matters is having the right system
- This course gives you that system
Companies paid me between $6,000 and $10,000 to coach them on this exact system. This course is that same training — available to every independent cleaner and cleaning company who wants to build something real.
